1. 店の雰囲気が落ち着いているところ。特に、たたずまいがしっかりしても華美にならないところ。
2. 店の主が上品。特にしつこくなく、また過度にならないサービスと笑顔を持っている人。
3. メインディッシュが割と少ないな、と思ったら、実はサイドディッシュのおいしさと一品多く来るところ。
4. 当然ながら、味が濃すぎず弱すぎない上品でおいしいところ。
