This white letter on a black board says, "There ain't nothing to eat back home!".... The message suggests you to stop and eat/drink here. This is such a great catch I wonder who wrote it.

地球規模の特売 GLOBAL DEGREE SALE

通りかかった下町の生地屋の軒先をなんとなくパチリ。ビーチグローブボールにSaieの文字。たぶんｌ（小文字のエル）にチョンと飾りをつけたんだろう。普通に読むと「せいぃぃぃ」みたいな感じ？　と、女性もののコートのタグに目を移すとGap　１０００円とあるが、これは「販売価格と通常の卸価格に驚きのギャップがあるよ」といいたいのかな？
In front of a local fabric store, a beach ball globe is hung with a sign that says "Saie"....  Perhaps the writer wanted to write "Sale". But what is more surprising is the tag on the womans jacket. It says "Gap 1,000 yen". I suppose it means "We sell at a very low price that there is a globe size Gap between what you see at other stores!"....
