マッチョ部長とマッチョ課長は何がお好きって、肉でしょ…。マッチョ課長とマッチョ部長を誘い、ホルモンへ。まぁ、マッチョ同士の会話は内容もマッチョ。筋肉のつけ方から肉の食い方まで相思相愛。しかし、このアミノ酸サワーなる酒には彼らも驚いたね。

寒染井 Sakura in cold...

今日は折角の週末だのに、寒い…かった。　雲も出てて風はビュービュー。　なのでカフェ deクリエで温かいカフェを。　いただいたのは「黒糖ほうじ茶オレ」評論はしないけど、しっかりしているのにイガク無い。ヲイスィかったので飲んでみし！

The 12th of the 52 weekends ended with, cloudy and windy weather, but at least, I'm glad it wasn't raining. So, bringing my SLDCS, I quickly shot some Sakura (Cherry Blossoms) and went into Cafe de Clie.

お冷 <５> Iced Water

昨日はランチを焼肉屋で、と決めて歩いていたら、その焼肉屋の兄さんが店の前で呼び込みを。元から行くつもりだったのに、「じゃぁ、呼ばれようか？」って入った。
Yesterday, we decided to have lunch at a Korean barbecue place. When we reached the restaurant, waiter was promoting 500 yen lunch to pedestrians.  We than went in as if we weren't planning to, but because of his good catch we went in.

お冷 <４> Iced Water

笑顔とサービスが素敵なお店。ランチではよくお世話になっているが、ものすごく控えめに我武者羅マスター。忙しくても笑顔は崩さず、にこにこしながら焦っているが、手際はいい。得意は魚。ちょっとした宴会で、リクエストした予算より１０００円ぐらいサービスしてくれたのではないか？と思うほど華やかな食事を堪能した。ブィブィヤンさん、いつもご馳走様！
A restaurant that is run by an owner who never forget to smile although busy serving multiple guests, is one of the reasons visiting. Their special is Sashimi and when we had a small welcome party, they served more than we paid, well at least that is what I felt. I shall return ViviYan!

外食 Dining Out

変な話、商売は金じゃなく、「また来たいと思わせるところ」と思う４つの瞬間を鍋茶屋で。

1. 店の雰囲気が落ち着いているところ。特に、たたずまいがしっかりしても華美にならないところ。
2. 店の主が上品。特にしつこくなく、また過度にならないサービスと笑顔を持っている人。
3. メインディッシュが割と少ないな、と思ったら、実はサイドディッシュのおいしさと一品多く来るところ。
4. 当然ながら、味が濃すぎず弱すぎない上品でおいしいところ。

4 points when I feel that "business is not about money, but it is to strive to bring back people" at Nabe-Chaya.

1. The atmosphere is comfortable, homey and not decorative too much.
2. Refined owner does not leave customers alone, but also does not offer too much service.
3. While I thought the portion on the main dish was small, starter and other side dishes were delicious and came a dish more than expected.
4. Needless to say, "yummy"!

土曜の昼食 Saturday Lunch

地元のお蕎麦屋さんは、何年になるのかな？　僕のおじいちゃんもよく蕎麦屋で一杯やっていたそうだが、ここだろうか？　何度も来ているお店だけど、聞いてもわかるまい…。
Local soba noodle place near my Granny's. I heard my Grand-pa used to have some drinks at a soba noodle place, would this be the place? I've been here several times but no one may know even if I asked....

ランプ Lamp

泡の入った、ごくシンプルな丸いガラスのランプ、ですね。あったかい。でも、何が好きって、日暮里を湯銭で燗にしてもらっている間にホタテの缶詰を田酒でちびりとやるのがサイコー。
A very simple lamp shade made out of glass with bubbles in. So warm. But, what is really great is to wait for Nippori to be Atsu-Kan (hot sake) drinking Den-Shu with scallop muscle on a side.

お冷 <３> Iced Water

日暮里の肉焼き屋のお冷はウーロン茶。上品に冷えてて琥珀色に輝いてるじゃないか。きゅきゅっとね。
A BBQ place in Nippori serves oolong tea. Beautiful amber color looking cool with mildly round ice.

遠赤外線 FAR-INFRARED

石は何も望まずひたすらにくべられたまま。しかし、真っ赤に燃えることで、沢山の人を幸せにしている。肉焼き屋のコンロの石はなんて頼もしい！
Little rocks are laying here in a cooking stove at a barbecue restaurant no matter what. It takes a very important roll by burning its self in high temperature making guests happy. How powerful these little rocks are!

お冷 <２> Iced Water

つけ麺に「熱タレ」ってあるの知ってたら頼んでたよ…。　麺が冷たいのは普通のことなのかな？　熱～いタレに少し冷ための太麺は、インパクトがあってよさそうだね「葵さん」。　次は卵入りにしよっと。
水はただの水道水だな…。
"TSUKE MEN", one style of Japanese noodle was something new to me. It is like a "ZARU-SOBA" - a traditional Japanese soba noodles - you dip noodle into a soup, or "TA-LE". If I knew the "TA-LE" could be warmer, I originally ordered that! Dipping rather cold and thick noodle into warm "TA-LE" would be something enjoyable. Next time, I will order "TSUKE MEN" with egg "Aoi-San".
Water from the tap is not so attractive....
